I work with people and organisations to think through challenging issues in fresh, entrepreneurial ways to enable them to achieve their full potential.

In my own business career, I built a market-leading content and online platform provider from start-up to 46% of available market within 10 years and it is today one of the most admired organisations in the education space, with the average (from sample size of 600) net promoter score on its leading product being 82, 20 points higher than that of John Lewis (as at October 2018).

I have worked with central government, unions, local government and other critical stakeholders to understand the needs of public sector leaders in a highly complex, critical government-priority sector.

I am an experienced board chair and non-executive director (NED), currently of a multi-site organisation with assets in excess of £50m and 750 staff.

I have led four different organisations and held senior business development roles in a FTSE 100 company and a privately held international group.

I have an in-depth understanding of the education landscape, including maintained, academy, independent and international sectors.

I have built a fast growth, highly successful entrepreneurial business in the SME space. In the last five years, my company appeared in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 list, and won major sector awards.

I hold an MBA from a leading business school.
